How to make your guy insanely happy by being a good girlfriend. Make your guys friends jealous that they don't have you.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Involve him in conversations about things that interest you both. Avoid talking his ear off about a one sided topic. Yes, that Coach bag is adorable, but he probably doesn’t care.

  2. Step 2

Be independent without clinging, stalking or sending an over abundance of emails/texts. This creeps men out and make you look needy.

  3. Step 3

Appreciate him in all ways. Do not look to change him.

  4. Step 4

He doesn’t have to like your friends. He does have to be polite to them. Don’t yell at him for not liking them.

  5. Step 5

Have realistic expectations. Guys live on budgets too and unless your guy is rich, expensive restaurants and gifts will be the exception not the rule.

  6. Step 6

Marriage: you should care who you are marrying, it’s not a race. Don’t bring it up until you know him will enough to say you want to marry him.

  7. Step 7

Be straightforward and avoid head games.

  8. Step 8

Let him spend time enjoying the activities that he likes. See action movies with him or let him play his video games a fair amount of the time.

  9. Step 9

    Be honest, loyal, and respectful.

  10. Step 10

If you are ending it do so in person when possible. Phone is your other choice. Email/text message/instant messenger or facebook are not acceptable methods.
