Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbs. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbs. butter, melted
  • 2 packages of dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
  • 6 cups bread machine flour
  • Bread machine
  • 2 muffin pans
  1. Step 1

Add the salt, milk, sugar, butter, flour, water and yeast to the mixing container of a bread machine. Add the salt first and the yeast last.

  2. Step 2

Close the bread machine and set the dough setting. Go about your day and let the bread machine do most of the work.

  3. Step 3

After the bread machine is finished, coat the cups of the 2 muffin pans with cooking spray. Divide the dough into 24 balls. Place a ball in each muffin cup.

  4. Step 4

Cover the muffin pans and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour. Bake the rolls in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes.
