In this day and age of fast moving everything, it is not uncommon to feel as if we are moving slower and slower. Jumpstarting your day with coffee or cigarettes is just relying on quick fixes and not helping you in the long term. Having adequate daily energy will have a positive ripple effect in your life. You will be fresh and upbeat for co-workers, family and friends. You may find that you even have more time to do things than ever before because you will be functioning more efficiently. There is an easy way to acquire more energy naturally through an unusually effective source-bee pollen! Who knew that the bee with the power to sting us also has the power to bring such happiness?

Things You'll Need:

  • Bee pollen from health food store
  • Vitamin B complex
  • Purified drinking water
  1. Step 1

Take 1 teaspoon of bee pollen a half an hour before breakfast, followed by plenty of purified drinking water. After several days, you can increase the dosage to 2 teaspoons. Bee pollen is rich in nutrients, trace elements, amino acids and vitamins, particularly B vitamins known worldwide for their positive effect on energy levels. As far back as ancient Greece, there are reports of athletes that used bee pollen for increased endurance.

  2. Step 2

Take your favorite B complex vitamin with meals each day. With the addition of bee pollen and a B complex vitamin, you can expect to feel increased energy levels in an early as the first day on your regimen. Both together act directly on brain fatigue, so people that sit in front of the computer all day or work under demanding conditions will especially benefit from this treatment.

  3. Step 3

Try to drink a gallon of purified drinking water over the course of a day. Water increases circulation of vitamins and minerals and everything that you put into your system, allowing the nutrients to work their magic inside of you.

  4. Step 4

Start your day with 15 minutes of relaxation and deep breathing exercises. Put in your favorite tape or watch a piece of your favorite yoga or relaxation video before you head out to work each day. Relaxation exercises decrease your stress levels, and stress is a key culprit responsible for robbing your energy supply.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you take a B complex vitamin and not any of the B vitamins alone. For example, taking a B-6 vitamin without the others, can cause an imbalance in your body. The B vitamins work in synergy to give you energy.
  • Do your best to wean yourself off of coffee. It has a stimulant effect with negative side effects and will work against the equilibrium you are trying to bring about through the use of bee pollen.
  • Anyone allergic to bees should not even consider this remedy.
  • Always consult your doctor before using alternative approaches to medicine.
