      Peel the avocado and remove the pit.

      Mash the avocado with a fork or in a blender until it is smooth.

      Massage the avocado conditioner into your hair, cover with a shower cap and let it soak in for 10 to 15 minutes.

      Rinse hair thoroughly and allow to air dry.

  • If you want to lighten your hair try adding one or two tablespoons of lemon juice to the chopped avocado.
