Step1
Launch Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or Publisher. The steps are the same for all of these applications.

Open a new blank document. Click "Insert" on the menu across the top of the window.

Click "Picture" on the dropdown menu.

Click Clip Art on the submenu. This will open the Clip Art pane.
Step5
Click the "Clip art on Office Online" link at the bottom of the Clip Art pane. This will launch your internet Browser and display the Clip Art and Media Homepage for Office.

In the Clip Art search field type a keyword that describes the type of images you would like to add to your Microsoft Clip Organizer. For example: Christmas

Click the Search button to the right.

Results of the search are displayed for your review. These results will include clip art, photos, animations, and sounds. See the Tips section below to learn how to filter the results.

Click on the checkbox located under the image(s) you want to add to your Microsoft Clip Organizer. This will add them to your Selection Basket. The Selection Basket information is located in the left pane.

Use the arrows and Next button at the bottom of each page to navigate through your results.

Once you have checked all the images you want to add to your Microsoft Clip Organizer click the Download item link in the Selection Basket section of the left pane. This will launch the Download window.

Please read the information listed in the Download window including the Microsoft Service Agreement.

If you agree with the terms of download, click the Download Now button. If you are asked if you want to open this file, click Open.
Step14
The system will launch your Microsoft Clip Organizer and add the selected images.
Step15
Close the Microsoft Clip Organizer window by click the red X in the upper right corner.
Step16
Close the internet browser window displaying the Clip Art Download page. You are now ready to use your new images. They can be found by searching in your Clip Art pane for the keyword you used.
