Greek salad

A real Greek salad does not have lettuce, but instead uses tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, feta cheese and kalamata olives to make a refreshing summer side dish. Horiatiki salata, as it's known in Greece, often is served with crusty bread as a meal.
