Follow these steps to silence your computer.

1. Using your mouse, click your start menu one the bottom left of the screen.

2. Scroll to control panel and click.

3. From the control panel, select Sounds and Audio Devices.

4. Under the volume tab you will see Device Volume. Click the mute option from this.
