Instructions

    • 1

Use a pedicure wand to scrape away and smooth any dry, dead skin on the heel of your feet. Some pedicure wands have a metal surface on one side and a black emery surface on the other, while others have a black emery surface on both sides. Either pedicure wand should be sufficient to smooth the heels of your feet.

    • 2

Wash your feet thoroughly with a good moisturizing soap. Scrub the heel of your feet or wherever your feet are feeling rough with the soap. Use the soap directly on your feet.

    • 3

Pour warm water into a basin and add the Epsom salt. Soak your feet for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    • 4

Dry your feet thoroughly and apply petroleum jelly all over them. Make sure the bottoms of your feet are covered.

    • 5

Put on cotton socks for at least 15 to 20 minutes, or keep them on overnight as you sleep.

    • 6

Moisturize your feet daily after washing them thoroughly with moisturizing soap. Once a week, soak your feet, apply the petroleum jelly all over them and place them in the socks to help them become softer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep the wand out of the reach of children.

  • If you have circulation problems or diabetes, consult your physician about the best way to soften your feet.
