Step4
Multi-task your reading. Carry a book with you so you can read whenever there's an opportunity, such as in the doctor's waiting room or while the kids are at soccer practice.
Step5
Turn off the TV. Most people watch hours and hours of TV each week. Turn off a sitcom to get thirty minutes of commercial-free reading.
Step6
Read during lunch. If you normally eat lunch at your desk, use that time to read, too. If you get sixty minutes for lunch, you've just found an extra hour of reading time every day.
