Instructions

    • 1

Measure 2 tbsp. of powdered sea kelp into a small bowl. Kelp is a sea vegetable that can restore and strengthen damaged skin cells. It is said to fight acne as it reduces sebum secretion from the glands while gently moisturizing at the same time. A miracle discovery in skin care, kelp also combats dark spot, reduces inflammation around the eyes and helps prevent and smooth wrinkles.

    • 2

Add 2 tbsp. of all natural yogurt to the bowl. Yogurt is the perfect additive to any face mask, as it adds the creamy base you need while working just as hard as the other ingredients. Yogurt has powerful antifungal and antibacterial agents, which help to clean the skin gently, ridding it of harmful bacteria and germs. Yogurt is high in lactic acid, which is known to soothe and soften dry painful skin, and can help eliminate wrinkles and refine pores.

Stir in 1 tbsp. of all natural honey. Honey is a common ingredient in many natural cures. It kills bacteria and germs, gently cleaning the skin while clearing and preventing acne. Honey also reduces swelling and inflammation under the eyes and refines pores.

Mix the ingredients well. Wash your face with warm water and pat dry. Apply the kelp and yogurt face mask evenly to your neck and face and allow the mask to set for 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water and patting dry.
