You set out with a goal of consuming no more that 800 or 900 calories daily. If you must eat breakfast every morning, eat wheat bread instead of white, with no butter or margarine. Or you could eat a piece of fruit instead, but remember even fruit has calories.

Drink plenty of "water". For lunch, eat a Lean Cuisine (which is under 400 calories). When drinking a beverage, make sure that it doesn't have any calories, like water and seltzer water. Seltzer water is good for the digestion of any food that you've eaten.

For dinner, eat another Lean Cuisine (another less than 400 calorie meal), and make sure that you drink plenty of water. There can be no in-between snacks (unless they are no calorie snacks). All of the Lean Cuisine meals are low in carbohydrates, sodium, cholesterol and calories.

It will take at least a week to get used to eating this way. By the end of your first week your stomach will have adjusted to eating a little food and will become full. Once your meal is finished and you're drinking a beverage (water or seltzer) you will realize that you don't need as much to satisfy your hunger.

5
The first week is the hardest because you must deny your sweet tooth or the cravings to snack. However, it gets easier week by week and soon you will rarely have cravings.

If you follow this diet dilligently, then you will lose weight without all the stress associated with dieting.
