Use your favorite web browser to visit the National Do Not Call Registry at http://www.donotcall.gov. Click the "Register a Phone Number" button.
Step2
Enter the information about the phone number you wish to stop receiving telemarketing and sales computerized phone calls.
Step3
Wait up to 31 days for your registered phone number to be completely removed from telemarketing phone lists! It's that simple!

Tips & Warnings

  • Verify that your number is listed on this site a month after listing it.
  • If you continue to receive calls after 31 days, file a complaint using the link on the website.
  • You can register both your home and mobile numbers for free.
  • Registered phone numbers remain active on the list for five years.
