How to Import Calendar into outlook

Previously I showed you how to export your outlook calendar to take home and import. So that I wouldn't confuse anybody this is how you import that fie into outlook once at the new location.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• the .PST file created
• Computer
• Outlook
• Internet

1. Hey All,
   
   Previous I showed you how to export your calendar from outlook to import into another one. Here is how to import the file in.
2. 1: Save the .PST file to your desktop of the new machine you are now sitting at.
3. Import Export Options 2: In outlook, select the choice for Import/export.
4. Import Selections 3: On the next screen it will ask you if you want to import or export. Select to Import from another program or a file, and click NEXT.
5. pst option 4: On this screen find the option for "Personal File Folder" .pst
   
   5: Click Next
6. Browse for file to import 6: The last thing it asks you is to find the file you want to import, click on Browse, and select the file.
7. 7: Once you have the file selected CLICK NEXT.
   
   This will now import the outlook calendar we had previously export from another machine.

Tips & Warnings

• SIMPLY FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU WILL HAVE ALL YOUR EVENTS IN BOTH CALENDARS
