Step1
Purchase a video to use. You can find a regular aerobics DVD to use or a nude aerobics video. Totally Nude Aerobics is a DVD set that has both a clothed and nude version.
Step2
Find a private area in your home to do your routine. There should be no windows that can be looked into and remember to lock the door.
Step3
Strip down. If you are uncomfortable being totally naked, then you can stay in your underwear.
Step4
Put on some fun music. Choose music that makes you feel sexy. Many people that practice nude aerobics use salsa and dance music.
Step5
Do squats, stretches and leg lifts. These exercises feel erotic in the nude and will also work your lower body.
Step6
Perform the nude aerobics in front of your partner as foreplay. Your partner will be turned on by watching you exercise in the buff.
