Things You'll Need:
- Drapes or blinds
- Towels

Step 1
Discuss a nudity policy with your family before you practice nudity in your home. Many experienced nudists agree that children respond more appropriately to nudism in the home when they have been brought up to enjoy and practice it their entire lives. Suddenly hanging out in the buff in front of your teenage children without a precedent for such behavior may cause feelings of embarrassment, shame, sexual confusion and humiliation.
-
Step 2
Be sensitive to your neighbors when you practice nudity in your home by keeping curtains or blinds drawn, and your door closed. Dancing around in front of open windows in your birthday suit may attract a lot of unwanted attention, especially with the local police. Remember to throw on some clothes before you answer the door.
-
Step 3
Protect your furniture by setting down a towel before you sit down. Excessive perspiration and other bodily fluids will definitely cause your brand new sofa to age somewhat prematurely, not to mention the fact that body odors will accumulate over time on porous material. Showering frequently will also help keep your home clean and odor free.
-
Step 4
Avoid cooking or baking while you practice nudity in your home. Splattering grease from a frying pan, or pulling a pot roast out of an excessively hot oven could result in a painful and somewhat embarrassing injury. At the very least, use an apron while in the kitchen and beware of very sharp knives.
-
Step 5
Refrain from practicing nudity in your home when you have guests that might be sensitive or unprepared to deal with it. Nothing will end a friendship quicker than forcing your nudity on someone who does not approve of such a lifestyle. Discuss your propensity for nudity first, and disrobe only if your guests say that is okay with them.
