How to Set the Time on a Comdial Impact Digital Phone System

Has the time on your phone system gradually changed? It is easier than you think to reset the time and date on these phone systems.

Things You’ll Need:

• Comdial Impact Digital Phone System

1. Programming the time and date for a Comdial Impact digital phone system must be done from the attendant's station, usually the phone located closest to the Comdial controller.
2. Now the phone system's clock is ready to be reset. Without picking up the handset, press the "Intercom" button on the phone. Dial * # 0 1. The digital display should read "Set Clock"
3. Set the year by dialing two digits (00-99)
4. Set the month by dialing two digits (01-12)
5. Set the day by dialing two digits (01-31)
6. Set the hour by dialing two digits (01-23)
7. Set the minutes by dialing two digits (00-59)
8. Comdial Impact phone with updated day and time. Pick up the handset and set it back down to set the programming changes. The new date and time should display immediately on all phones connected to the Comdial system.
