1
Cut a glycerin bar of soap into 3 pieces of equal size with a knife.
-
2
Set the pieces into a medium-sized microwave safe bowl.
-
-
3
Place the bowl into the microwave and heat it on high power for about 10 to 15 seconds. Watch as the soap turns to liquid and stop the microwave early if you need to.
-
4
Take the bowl out of the microwave using a potholder if the bowl is hot to the touch. Kids should have assistance removing the bowl from the microwave.
-
5
Pour the liquid soap into a candy mold of your choice or into a soap mold. Do this before the liquid soap has a chance to turn solid again.
-
6
Allow the soap to sit in the mold for 30 minutes or so. Remove the mold from the soap to reveal your beautiful soap sculpture.
-
7
Give your soap sculpture as a gift or use it to decorate your bathroom.
