From Quick Guide: Wrestling
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Watch professional wrestlers execute a Double Axe Handle move. Pay special attention to clips that feature Ivan Putski, the wrestler who popularized the move.

  2. Step 2

Stand face-to-face with your opponent. Wait until your opponent becomes distracted or otherwise makes himself vulnerable to a frontal attack.

  3. Step 3

Clasp both of your hands together so that the fingers of your hands are intertwined tightly and form a hard, dual fist.

  4. Step 4

Swing your balled hands at your opponent as if you were swinging an axe, sledgehammer or bat. Put your weight behind your swing.

  5. Step 5

Hit any part of your opponent's body. The force of the clasped hands will be great due to the momentum and the weight you applied to the blow. For maximum results, strike a pressure point on your opponent's body. Below the chin, on the shoulder and on the chest are all vulnerable points.

  6. Step 6

See if your opponent falls backwards. Often the force of a Double Axe Handle move is great enough to knock your opponent to the floor.
