How to Join a Curves Gym
Curves is the largest fitness franchise for women in the world. These small gyms are scattered throughout the country and feature a 30 minute circuit training workout plan. In 30 minutes you complete a workout that includes a warm up, aerobics, strength training and cool down.

Find a Curves gym near you. You can either look through the yellow pages for Curves gyms or go on the Curves website and give them your zip code where you can find all Curves locations within 30 miles of your address.

Visit the Curves gym. Stop by or call the gym to see about offers. You may wish to tour the gym (expect it to be small) and see what type of fitness plans are available.

Enroll for a trial membership. Many Curves locations allow you to try the gym for a month free of charge.

Begin circuit training. Circuits begin every half an hour at Curves gyms.
