- 1 1/4 cup boiled water

- 4 1/2 cups apple cider
- Ice cubes
- 3 red apples, unpeeled
- 1 c. sliced strawberries
- 4 fresh mint sprigs, chopped
- 32 oz. apple juice
- 46 oz. apple cider
- 20 oz. lemonade

Place the crushed mint leaves in a small bowl. Pour the boiling water over the leaves and allow it to steep for about ten minutes.

Strain the mixture and allow it to cool.

Put some ice cubes into a punch bowl and add the orange slices.

Add the fruit juices and orange zest, and then stir in the cooled mint water.

Pour in the cider and stir the mixture until well blended.
