  • 3 red apples, unpeeled
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs, chopped
  • 32 oz. apple juice
  • 46 oz. apple cider
  • 20 oz. lemonade

    Minty Apple Cider Punch

  1. Step 1

    Place the crushed mint leaves in a small bowl. Pour the boiling water over the leaves and allow it to steep for about ten minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Strain the mixture and allow it to cool.

  3. Step 3

    Put some ice cubes into a punch bowl and add the orange slices.

  4. Step 4

    Add the fruit juices and orange zest, and then stir in the cooled mint water.

  5. Step 5

    Pour in the cider and stir the mixture until well blended.

  6. Step 6

    Serve immediately in tea glasses or cups.

    Chill all of the ingredients.

    Cut the apples into cubes.

    Mix the fruit, mint and apple juice in a large punch bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.

    Add chilled apple cider and lemonade just before serving. Serve in large punch bowl.
