Stay as quiet as possible, and follow tour guide directions. Most of the time, all you have to do is stay still, be quite and let the tour guide handle the Komodo dragon with his stick.
Try to escape before attacking. Komodo dragons usually attack their prey, then track their prey down after the bite.
Keep your dagger accessible in case you do need it. Keep it strapped near your chest in a holster and not around your legs or arms.
Komodo dragons can sense the smell of blood. Avoid any tour or dragon area if you are bleeding in any way.
Don't wear read clothing when visiting Komodo dragons, they might attack you thinking you're covered with blood.
