Is playing golf your life? The component of golf that seems to have everyone struggling at first is putting. If you can learn how to putt successfully than you will find the game to be much more enjoyable. If you cannot putt you will find winning in the game of golf to be extremely elusive. Next time you head out to the green try these simple tips to put some expertise in your game.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Visualize where you want the golf ball to go on the course. Spend time doing this before you go out to the golf course.

  2. Step 2

    The putter head should be going straight back towards you.

  3. Step 3

    Swing the putter straight through.

  4. Step 4

    The face of the putter should always be square to the line of where you are putting.

  5. Step 5

    Use your arms and shoulders when you are putting.

  6. Step 6

    If you are putting uphill, aim the ball past the hole. This will help ensure that the ball goes into the hole.

  7. Step 7

    Practice, practice, practice.
