If you're one of the millions who wonder about the "girl that got away" the Internet can seem like a dream come true. From your living room, you can find your old girlfriend on MySpace, find out what she's doing, if she ever got married and all sorts of other information. The trick to finding your old girlfriend on MySpace is to understand how searching on the site works.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Try to find her through her school. MySpace allows users to connect with others who they went to school with. So, if you want to find her, try there first.

  2. Step 2

Search by name. Unless she's married and changed her name, this can be a quick way to find the girl you're looking for. Type in her first name, last name and a combination of the two and see what comes up. If she has a known nickname or screen name, try that as well.

  3. Step 3

Look up her email address. MySpace will let you search for people using their email address, so type that in and see what comes up. If she has had her site for a while, you may just hit the jackpot.

  4. Step 4

Check out her friends' pages. If you want to find your old girlfriend on MySpace quickly, try to locate her friends. You can then check out her page through theirs.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't just send her a random friend request and hope that she recognizes you. Send her a message beforehand letting her know who you are, and why you're messaging her.
  • Finding your old girlfriend on MySpace can be very tricky if she doesn't want to be found. Nicknames and screen names can really complicate things.
