From Quick Guide: Playing Table Games
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Decide on how much you want to tip. Generally, after playing craps, you will have some $1.00 chips in your stack. These chips are perfect for tipping. If you have won, especially with the help of the dealers, let them know you appreciate it with a generous tip.

  2. Step 2

Place your tip. In the game of craps, chips are flying around the table and gamblers are talking all the time. To tip, place your tip out on the table near the dealers, but not on any of the bets.

  3. Step 3

State your purpose. Make sure the dealers know that your chip(s) on the table are for them and not a bet.

  4. Step 4

Ask where they want to play. If you want to place a bet for the dealers, ask them where they want to play. Typically, if you are winning, they will want to play whatever you are playing, that way it is a win-win situation. They will say where they want their bet and play along with the rest of the table.

  5. Step 5

Call a two-way bet. If you are placing a bet but don't want the dealers to decide, place your bet on the table and call a two way. The bet will then be divided up between you and the dealers.
