Windsor Castle is located in the Berkshires of England, about an hour's drive west of London. A primary residence of the British monarch and a favorite of Queen Elizabeth II, it contains over 484,000 square feet of living space. Windsor Castle, built in 1070 by William the Conqueror, has been expanded by numerous monarchs over the years. Today, the Castle is one of Britain's most popular attractions.
