Eat a well-balanced diet of nutrients and anti-oxidants that helps keep your body and skin young and buoyant. Search for foods that contain acai and dark green leafy vegetables to aid in keeping your body fresh and to help age gracefully.

Limit intakes of fat and sugar. Consume a multi-vitamin or vitamin supplement after consulting your doctor to identify any deficiencies.
Step6
Visit your doctor regularly and maintain monthly and yearly check-ups as you age. Practice meditation and relaxation techniques and learn helpful anti-stress tips.

  • If you are a woman, the older you get the less makeup you need to wear. Make sure that you don't cake it on and that you learn to take care of your skin. Covering your skin with lots of makeup is not aging gracefully but aging reluctantly.
