L-Glutamine Powder from Trueprotein.com
Glutamine powder comes in powder form and has no taste. Glutamine is an amino acid thought to help reduce hyperacidity and inflammation of the stomach lining. It cured me when prescription meds did not. Mix two level teaspoons in a cup of water and drink one in the morning and one at night. It worked for me to heal the pain in my esophagus. I took choline bitartrate and licorice pills once a day which helped the healing process. I found the best price and a quality product at Trueprotein.com.
Step2
When you eat sit up straight and do not recline until you have digested your food. Eliminate acid producing foods like coffee, chocolate, tomatoes and eggplant. Cut down on cheese and limit the amount of yogurt you eat until you feel better. You can gradually resume small quantity of the foods above when you feel healed.
Step3
Gastric Reflux is often associated with obesity, pregnancy, overeating, bending, lifting, lying down too soon after eating and smoking. You can cure yourself with a small amount of effort.
The above url has a comprehensive article on acid reflux.
Always consult your health practioner for advice. I found a natural healing doctor who helped me. This is where I learned the above mentioned remedies.

hi
good article
reducing hyperacidity is NOT a cure however,in fact
it is counterproductive because digestion is an automatic system.
thanks
