Dress Like Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba has an interesting style defined by her by her Hollywood starlet status. Her style is the perfect balance of down-to-earth girl next door and glamorous old-time Hollywood reminiscent of the forties. Jessica always manages to look unbelievably sexy, while keeping it classy and showing a minimal amount of skin. Follow the fashion tips below for dressing like Jessica Alba.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Keep it simple. Whether dressing up or down, Jessica always looks great in basic shapes, lines and colors. She never overdoes it with accessories or excess glam and glitz. She is most often seen in solid colors.

  2. Step 2

Accentuate feminine curviness. Her perfect curves and hourglass shape are always evident, although she rarely shows skin. She is often seen in dresses with fitted waistlines and straight skirts and shirts that just skim and hug her curves.

  3. Step 3

Accessorize carefully. Once again, Jessica always keeps it simple. On the red carpet she may wear only a chain necklace and small earrings. While keeping it casual, she may be seen with a cute hat or hoop earrings, but never too much.

  4. Step 4

Wear dresses that are feminine while dressing up. The dresses Jessica wear on the red carpet are often reminiscent of the 1940s when everything was very feminine with tailored waists and ruffles. The accompanying hairstyles are usually simple updos that are nothing but classy.

  5. Step 5

Keep hair and makeup natural. Jessica's makeup is usually kept in the same tonal range to make it look natural. Her eyes are accentuated with browns and her lips glossed only. Whether her hair is short or long, it is soft and flowing. There is never evidence of products or heavy styling.

  6. Step 6

Have a look at what Jessica's favorite designers have to offer this season. They include Dolce and Gabbana and Versace.

on 8/17/2007 She needs to be herself and she told me we all should walk naked.
The girls in my family agree with her but the boys ,it's a COMPLETELY different story...
The boys are Extremely protective and kind of Jealous??
But then again is always about respect and compromise.
Don't you think?

on 8/17/2007 YOU never let me finish!
Talk about it and you'll be surprise of her response. She is a sweats kind of girl.
make up? she sees it like art ,you wear make up not to camouflage your flaws, but to create something different on your face and AH! show that you really wearing it. Usually women wear it but they want it to be not obvious she want the opposite Why to wear it then? she is weird with that kind of stuff ( hates fashion and trends)I see no problem in that area she won't do it if it bothers you (Only for you).but now, don't go out with her and stare at a flashy girl that has all her ****s hanging out,is going to maker mad!

on 8/17/2007 I was talking about this exact same issue the other day.Why we dress like we do? Most of the time is because we feel at ease with our bodies and we want admiration and desire from the guy we love. Some men love flashy girls and others hate it. I know someone who dislike when his girl dresses too sexy because he can't stand all the attention she gets and I understand there is a need to compromise and show respect
