This is a neat way to fish for bass. It's perfect for those old plastic worms you were thinking of throwing away.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Fishing pole and line
  • Plastic zipper worm (I prefer Yum or Senko)
  • Hook
  • 2 small nails
  1. Step 1

Push a nail all the way into each end of your plastic worm.

  2. Step 2

Push a hook through the center point of the worm, allowing the ends to droop with the weight of the nails.

  3. Step 3

Tie the hook to your line using a clinch knot.

  4. Step 4

Fish this rig slowly, allowing it to rise and fall. The ends of the worm will flop up and down like little legs, giving the lure a unique action that will trigger strikes from bass.
