Step1
Know the basics. There are two plans designed to personalize your weight loss with Weight Watchers.

Pay to join. One of the ways to join Weight Watchers is to attend meetings which cost $10 or $12 per week. There is also Weight Watchers at work plan which is a 12 to 13 week package for about the same price. You may also join online.
Step3
Go to a Weight Watchers meeting once a week for about one hour or half hour for work programs. The meeting is led by a group leader and recipes, tips and support are provided. The initial meeting and those following include weigh-in to monitor your future weight loss. On line programs only weigh-in and then leave.
Step4
Watch your portion. The Flex plan is all about portion control and writing down what you eat. Points are added by determining calories, fat and fiber. Bonus points are given each week to use as you like.
Step5
Eat the Core Food. This plan is for those of us who don't want to do a lot of math. You eat from a core food plan and if you go outside the plan you write down only those points. This plan is focused on getting you to eat more healthy.
Step6
Achieve success losing weight with Weight Watchers. Points are deducted when you exercise to encourage an even healthier program. The plan is flexible enough to follow in restaurants and also many products list the points on the package in the stores.
