Crow's-feet are wrinkles that appear on each end of the eyes. This is a common area for plastic surgery. But those who don't want to undergo surgery can use facial exercises to reduce crow's-feet.

From Quick Guide: Skin Care Guide
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Open and close your eyes quickly while pressing on the temples of your head with two fingers. Repeat this exercise five times.

  2. Step 2

Relax. Keeping your eyes closed, look up and then down. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

  3. Step 3

Keep eyes closed and lift your eyebrows up as far as possible while stretching your eyelids down as far as possible. Do this without assisting with your hands. Hold each stretch about 5 seconds and repeat 5 times.

  4. Step 4

Open your eyes, lift your eyebrows and close your top eyelids only halfway. Then open your eyelids as wide as possible until the whites of the eyes show over the iris.

  5. Step 5

Move your eyes up and down 10 times, and then look left to right 10 times.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be consistent in order to achieve results.
  • Do all facial exercises at least once a day, or more often for better results.
  • Allow 6 to 12 months to see visible results.
  • Many plastic surgeons don't believe that facial exercises can reduce wrinkles or tighten the skin. However, facial exercises aren't harmful and are worth trying before seeking surgery.
