How to Make Fruit Juice

• Electric juicer

1. Choose fruits to juice and wash them thoroughly.

2. Remove fruit stems and large pits. Also remove skin from citrus fruits. Stems, pits and hard skin may damage the juicer. Cut fruit small enough to fit through the feed chute.

3. Turn on the juicing machine and let it run for at least 10 seconds before you feed in the fruit. This allows the blades to reach maximum speed and prevents the machine from stalling when you feed fruits into the chute.

4. Place a glass underneath the juicer's spout to catch fruit juice, and feed the fruit into the chute with the machine running.

5. Serve fruit juice immediately for freshest taste and highest vitamin content.
