on 9/7/2008 Adobe Premier continues to say "Capture Device Offline" even though everything is set up. It's a Hi8mm Digital Video Camera and it's hooked into the computer via a USB cable. The computer recognized it (found new hardware) but the Capture Device remained offline.
Any suggestions?
