Things You'll Need
- Ground coffee
- Powdered milk
- Aloe vera gel
- Almond oil
- Raw sugar
- Buttermilk
- Honey
- Wheat germ
- Grapeseed oil
- Egg white
- Unsweetened baker's chocolate
- Kosher salt
- Glycerin
- Lemon essential oil
- Jojoba oil
- Table salt or sugar
- Spa facial clay

Combine 1/4 cup freshly ground coffee with 1/4 cup buttermilk. Mix in 2 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. wheat germ. Add 1 tbsp. grapeseed oil and 1 egg white. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Let stand 10 minutes and then take into the shower. Apply all over the body, except the face and neck. Rinse completely.

Grate 6 tbsp. unsweetened baker's chocolate. Add to 2 cups honey and 1/2 cup grapeseed oil. Stir in 2 cups kosher salt to form a thick paste. Rub all over the body, except the face and neck. Rinse off the scrub and continue regular shower routine.

Mix 1 tsp. honey with 3 tsp. glycerin and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Add to 1 cup of kosher, pickling or sea salt and stir to blend evenly. Apply scrub to elbows, hands, knees and feet and rinse off in the shower or use a wet wash cloth to remove.

Measure 1/3 cup honey and 1/3 cup jojoba oil into a bowl and stir. Add 2 cups table sugar or table salt. Mix in 2 tbsp. spa facial clay, which is available at beauty and cosmetic stores or drug stores. Stir in 2 tbsp. powdered milk and blend all ingredients well. This scrub can be applied to the entire body, including face and neck. Rinse off completely with warm water.

Add 2 tbsp. aloe vera gel to 1/2 cup honey and mix well. Blend in 1/2 cup jojoba oil and 1 cup almond oil. Pour into 4 cups raw sugar and mix well to form a stuff scrub. Use this scrub in the shower on wet skin. Apply to the body, but avoid the neck and face. Rinse off and follow with a mild soap body wash.
