on 2/24/2009 If you have Outlook 2000 or earlier, you can't do a direct transfer to iphone. The easiest way I found was to use my Gmail account. 1. Export your contacts from Outlook to a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file and save on your desktop. 2. Open or create a new Gmail account.3. On left side of page, click Contacts4. Then, on upper right corner of contacts page, click import.5. Browse to your .csv file and import.6. Connect your iphone.7. On left, select your iphone.8. Select INFO tab9. Under Contacts, select Sync Contacts with: Google Contacts (in dropdown).10. At bottom of page, under Advanced: under "Replace information on this iphone: Select Contacts11. Select Apply and Sync.Your Good to go!Cheers!
