  • Print Master Software
  1. Step 1

Purchase the Print Master Software desktop publishing program from a local vendor that sells this type of computer software. Install Print Master on your computer.

  2. Step 2

Open your Print Master program and this will bring you to what is called the "hub." Select either a "ready made project" or you can select "create brand new project." For this project you will choose "create brand new project."

  3. Step 3

Click on invitation and then click "next." You will choose between a tall or wide version and click next again.

  4. Step 4

Decide on what kind of invitation stock you want to use and there is a lot to choose from. You can purchase these blank invitations at hobby stores, super stores and office supply stores.

  5. Step 5

Press the "Search Art & Photos" button and choose a category for graphic. To find a specific category of something just type in the word or phrase that best describes what you are looking for. Then choose a graphic.
