3. Compare monthly service plans and pre-paid options. Ask the cell phone service representative what is included in each plan, or how much minutes cost for pre-paid plans. Find out the per minute rate charge when the allotted number of minutes is exceeded in a monthly plan.
4. Review cell phone features including GPS tracking, Touch Screen technology, Multimedia texting, Speakerphone, Bluetooth technology, Internet capability, Instant Messaging and MP3 capabilities. If features are not what you are looking for, basic cell phones can also be purchased.
