Tips & Warnings

  • Natural herbal medicines usually don't have side effects when suggested doses are used. The standard dosage for acute pain relief is 3 pellets of 30C every 4 hours. If the pain does not subside with three doses, another remedy should be tried.
  • It is recommended that only high-quality products be used because herbs with added ingredients or fillers can sometimes cause upset stomach or headaches.
  • The elderly and diabetics are more sensitive to heat and could get burned with hot packs.
  • Overdosing can lead to serious illness and death.
  • Do not rely solely on natural remedies to the exclusion of seeing your physician. These are suggestions based on alternative medicine and do not guarantee results. See your physician also!
