  1. Step 1

Use online tutorials. One that gets excellent reviews is available on the Lynda website. There is also a very well-organized tutorial on the Learn That website.

Get a book to help. There are many books on every version of Dreamweaver. The "For Dummies" series has a book on each one and is always a best-seller with clear, simple explanations.

Use the built-in tutorials and self-exploration. Depending on your personal learning style, this may be ideal. Dreamweaver has an excellent guide and help section.

  4. Step 4

Go to a seminar. The seminars are available for only the newest versions. There are one and two-day seminars in Los Angeles and New York. This is a good option if you are striving to get an in-depth look at cutting-edge and innovative tools.

Join user groups and go to Dreamweaver events. User groups and association events are listed on the Dreamweaver official website. They are listed by state and then region. There are also international events listed.

  7. Step 7

Get video podcasts sent with insider tips and tricks from experts. This is mostly for professionals and heavy users, but a good way to get the latest information.
