I used to work for a federal agency back when blogs were starting to be popular. One of the administrators heard about them and decided we needed a blog, so they told the staff office (where I worked) to set one up. However, being typically undesirous of feedback from either the workforce or the public, they wouldn't let us have any ability to receive comments! All we did was post things we wanted people to read!
