Whether you want to nicely fill out a pair of jeans or get your booty in shape for the sexy swimsuit you just purchased, getting a bigger butt is something a lot of women are curious about. While it is a particularly hard area to isolate and make bigger solely through exercise, there are some things you can do that will help you get a bigger booty!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Exercise. This is the most practical option for most people because it's nonsurgical, and you actually build a bigger butt over time. Running and walking uphill or on a slight incline are excellent, because the base of your gluteus maximus is isolated and your thighs will also become firmer, helping the distinction between the top of your thigh and the base of your butt. You may also want to check out the machines at your local gym. Reverse leg curls and calf raises (while squeezing your butt) will also help.

  2. Step 2

Go shopping. Now that you've worked out a little bit, treat yourself to some new pants! But don't just settle for any old pants. Make sure they are form-fitting. Boot-cut, low-rise, whatever kind you're searching for, forget about those aspects of the pants and focus solely on the butt. Pants with a particularly short distance between the button and top of the inseam generally fit tighter on the butt. Most of the time, these are your designer brands.

  3. Step 3

Fake it! Butt pads can be purchased online. Did you ever stuff your bra when you were a kid? Well, it's the same principle. These pads fit right on your booty and help “fill out” your pants. They are fairly inexpensive. Of course, the only drawback is that your butt isn't actually bigger.

  4. Step 4

Eat. This only works if you are super skinny. If you are already bigger, you will most likely accumulate fat all over, and therefore your butt may be big, but so will the rest of you. However, if you truly are skinny and have a low percentage of body fat, putting on a few pounds might actually enhance your overall shape by making your breasts and butt bigger.

  5. Step 5

Have surgery. If having a bigger booty is something that is supremely important to you, today's plastic surgeons can do a wonderful job by giving you butt implants. Much like breast implants, they will firm the area and can be fit according to your body type.

Tips & Warnings
  • Work out in pairs. If you are using step 1, buddy up with someone to keep you motivated to work out. It may take several weeks to see results, and you don't want to quit before you get your booty!
  • Before starting a new workout routine, be sure to consult your physician.
  • If considering plastic surgery, be sure the doctor is board-certified and has references you can speak with who have undergone the same procedure.
