How to Effectively Control Body Odor With Vinegar
How unpleasant it may be to sit near someone who has a problem with body odor. It is much more unpleasant if it is you. Anyone who has suffered with this problem will feel some degree of despair knowing how impossible it is to control. This offensive odor is caused by bacteria that thrive in armpits. Buy a small spray bottle and a bottle of white vinegar.

Pour the vinegar undiluted into the spray bottle.

Spray the vinegar under your arms, as generously as you need, after showering.

Dab perfume or a fragrant essential oil on the inside of your upper arm if you are concerned about the vinegar smell. The strong smell will dissipate within 10 to 15 minutes.

itional 2 cups of vinegar in the wash cycle. Everything came out UNDAMAGED AND FRESH! And to think, I've wasted thousands of dollars on "odor eliminating" products when a $3 gallon of vinegar has solved all my problems. -

For the past 20 years, I've tried unsuccessfully to eliminate or minimize my body odor. After using white vinegar for less than 24 hours, I'M FREE OF BODY ODOR!!!! I added 2 cups of vinegar to my bath water. After the bath, using a spray bottle, I saturated my dry underarms and groin area with a solution of half vinegar and half water and allowed the areas to air dry. The stinging lasted only momentarily and the vinegar smell was gone in 15 minutes. I did this twice, once in the morning and once in the evening. The next day there was absolutely NO BODY ODOR even thought I was extremely sweaty due to the 90 degree weather. I also could never get the funky odors out of my clothes. Since the vinegar did so well on my body, I tried it on my cloths. I saturated my clothes and towels with the vinegar solution and let them air dry before washing them with regular detergent and an add... -
