Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast (choose an amount to suit your family size).
- 1-2 cups of rice
- 1 large bag of shredded cheese (four cheese recomended but use what you like)
- 1/2 cup of italian dressing
- 1 can of chicken broth (we prefer roasted garlic or italian flavor)
- seasoning (to suit your taste)
Step1
Boil chicken breast until white through out. Cut into pieces and add to frying pan. Pour 3/4 of the Italian dressing and 1/4 of can of chicken broth into frying pan and turn on low/med. Add seasonings to your taste (Italian seasoning is recommended). Cook rice as directions ask. Then add cooked rice to baking dish. Pour dressing and a portion of chicken broth onto the rice and spread some of the shredded cheese ontop of rice. Place into oven and cook for 10-15 minutes.

After removing the rice from the oven, place the chicken from the frying pan ontop of the rice evenly Top with plenty of shredded cheese and place back into oven for approx. ten minutes or until all of the cheese has melted and the chicken is brown on the top edges.
