How to Use Tweezers

      Make sure the tweezers are clean.

    • 2

      Hold the tweezers in your dominant hand with your thumb on one prong and your index finger on the other prong.

    • 3

      Grab the hair or sliver with the tweezers by pressing the 2 prongs together around the object.

    • 4

      Pull gently but quickly to remove the object.

Tips & Warnings

  • Pulling quickly is the way to go.

  • Sterilize the tweezers by holding them over an open flame or boiling them if you are going to pull an object out of a wound.
