Awesome article! I have found that loosing weight is very common sence. One thing that really helped me drop weight was packing lunch. All fast food is loaded with hidden fats and sugars, so packing a lunch can really help in the long run. Eating a ham sandwich on wheat bread is much better than a low fat hamburger on a white roll. I have also found that working up to 4-5 cardio sessions of 45 minuites to an hour each has been benificial to my weight loss. I have lost 40 pounds so far!

Great tips! You have to make good food choices and exercise to lose weight. I've been going to the gym for over a year now and I feel that it's paying off!
