There are plenty of ways to propose. But if you decide that you want to create a Web site to propose, here are some steps to get you started.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a place where you will post the Web site: you may choose a blog site, a place like MySpace or a different hosting site.

  2. Step 2

    Determine what you want the Web site to look like. Choose colors for the background and the color of the text.

  3. Step 3

    Choose which pictures or photos you plan to include in the Web site.

  4. Step 4

    Determine what you want to say and how you want to say it.

  5. Step 5

    Either enter the information into a template that you're using or enter the HTML coding for the page.

  6. Step 6

    Preview the site; make sure that it looks the way that you want it to look; make the adjustments that need to be made.

  7. Step 7

    Upload the site to a server and invite the person who you are proposing to to view the site.

  • There are plenty of sites where you can host a Web page for free.
  • Check with your Internet provider; you may have hosting as a part of your Internet plan.
  • You can use templates if you do not have a knowledge of HTML.
