Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Phone
  • Computer with Internet access

Book Tickets on Air Central

Step1
Book your Air Central reservation through the ANA Web site (see Resources below). ANA (All Nippon Airways) handles all reservations for Air Central. You can also book your flight by calling ANA's domestic flights desk at 011 (+81) 0120-029-709.
Step2
Book your flight, choosing the destination, time and seat number. The Web site contains just about all the information you may want to know, including travel information about various destinations.
Step3
Get a reservation in advance, but know that you can pay for it at the airport up to 20 minutes before the plane leaves. You have the option of paying for it at vending machines at the airport or at the ticket counter.

Choose a Departure City Served by Air Central

Step1
Select your city of departure from one of the following cities: Chubu Nagoya, Tokyo Narita, Sendai, Fukushima, Niigata, Tottori, Yonago, Tokushima or Matsuyama.
Step2
Realize the airline's hub airport goes by many names, including Chubu Centrair International Airport, Central Japan International Airport and Chubu Airport. Opened in 2005 in central Japan, the Chubu Centrair International Airport is located just south of Nagoya.
Step3
Travel to the international airport in Chubu Nagoya and land on this artificial island. The area includes Japan's highest mountains. Visit the seacoast outside of Chubu Nagoya to see the more traditional lifestyles of the Japanese and visit the Nagoya Castle.
Step4
Fly to international destinations from Centrair. All Nippon Airlines is one of the largest airlines in the world and flies to many countries around the globe.

Be Aware of Travel Policies

Step1
Take only 1 carry-on bag with you on to the plane, and make sure it weighs less than 15 kg.
Step2
Be especially mindful to look at the baggage requirements and aircraft type when you book your plane reservation on Air Central. Certain smaller aircraft do not permit oversize items like skis or golf bags.

Tips & Warnings

  • Book online for the ultimate in convenience. When you book online, you can reserve your tickets any time, day or night.
