Step 1
Call the Customer Service Center at 011 (+91) 99 10 38 38 38 or use the GRPS mobile device reservation site to book a flight.

Enter your origin and destination cities along with travel dates and number of passengers. Click on "Search" to locate flight schedules or click on the "Where We Fly" icon to view available routes.

Select your preferred flight schedule and proceed to the confirmation page.

Enter your contact information, including your mobile phone number. You can register with the airline on this page and have your information saved for future use. Once you've entered all of the required fields, you can either continue on to the payment page or choose your seats.

Have your credit card handy and enter your card number on the payment page. IndiGo Airlines accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Prices are typically moderate on this regional airline.

If you don't have a credit card, simply visit any of the IndiGo Airlines "hold and pay" facilities located in IndiGo shops and airport counters. The airline will hold your reservation for up to 24 hours.

Visit the IndiGo Airlines Web site to search for the cheapest fares (see Resources below). The Web site contains a link to everything you will need. You can check on flight status, view and change your reservation, check in online and book travel online.
