Viaggio Air is a private airline that operates its main flights in and out of the Bulgarian capital of Sofia. Besides offering a wide range of domestic flights to various airports within Bulgaria, Viaggio Air also offers international travel to countries such as Russia, Istanbul, and Austria. As far as the airline industry in Bulgaria goes, Viaggio Air reportedly has the most comfortable aircrafts, qualified staff and the most in-flight services.

Book Your Travel on Viaggio Air

1. Choose to make your reservation by contacting Viaggio Air directly.

   When calling internationally outside the United States, substitute "011" with "00."
   All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
2. Tell your sales agent when and where you would like to travel. You may be asked to provide specific information such as how many passengers will be traveling and the exact dates of your trip.
3. Discuss your various travel and pricing options with your sales agent and book a flight.

4. Go to the main Web site for Viaggio Air (see Resources below). The link provided will take you to an English-language version of the site.
5. Go to the "Destinations" section and browse the list of cities that they offer flights to. If you already know where you want to travel, make sure that it is on the list. If not, contact your local travel agent to get information on the various cities that Viaggio Air offers service to.
6. Decide on your destination.

7. Click on the option "Sales Agents" from the left hand menu.
8. Look to the top of the page for a list of cities that Viaggio Air serves and click on the city that you will be departing from. This will bring up a list of qualified sales agents at that airport.
9. Write down the contact information for at least one of the sales agents.

Tips & Warnings

• If you want to request a special meal for your trip, make sure that you tell your agent when you book your flight.
• Children under two years old can fly for 10% of the original fare if they don't need a separate seat from their parent.
• There is currently no official booking Web site in English.
• Make sure that you check in at least one hour before your flight departure time. Viaggio Air doesn't offer refunds for missed flights.
