Get a Firewire drive that is easily available for all the machines where the data is to be shared.

Format the drives in MS-DOS since both Mac and PC can read and write disks in this setup.

Connect the Firewire drive to the machine from where the data is to be taken.

Transfer the data and remove the drive.

Attach the drive to the machine where data is to be transferred and copy the data.

Check or create a small Ethernet network to connect the computers within which the files are to be shared.

Set up a username and password authentication for the PC as well as the Mac machine.

Make sure that the Windows file sharing is visible in the System preferences of Mac.

Connect the PCs in which files are to be shared on the same local network.

Transfer the files from one machine to the other over the network.
